At SignoCrafts, we are committed to delivering premium-quality custom signage with efficiency, transparency, and care. Please review our shipping and production policy below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.
1. Manufacturing & Shipping Origin
SignoCrafts operates through a centralized Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to maintain strict quality control, consistent turnaround times, and production efficiency.
While our primary operations are based in Manhattan, New York, we collaborate with a trusted network of U.S. and international production facilities. Orders are manufactured at the facility with optimal capacity and expertise to ensure timely fulfillment and the highest quality standards.
2. Production Timeline
All signage is custom-made to order.
- Production begins within 1–2 business days after:
- Design approval
- Final confirmation of specifications
- Successful payment processing
- Manufacturing and quality inspection: 3–5 business days
- Standard shipping transit time: 5–7 business days
Standard Lead Time
Total estimated turnaround: 10–14 business days
Rush Production
For time-sensitive projects, we offer a Rush Production Service, reducing total turnaround to approximately 7–9 business days. Additional fees apply.
Please note: Lead times may vary depending on design complexity and order volume.
3. Shipping Costs & Carriers
- We offer Free Standard Shipping Worldwide on all orders.
- Rush or expedited shipping services may require an additional fee.
All shipments are handled by reputable carriers such as:
UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS, depending on destination and package specifications.
4. Shipping Destinations
We ship to both commercial and residential addresses worldwide.
However, we do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses
If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your location, please contact us prior to ordering.
5. Address Accuracy & Changes
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
- Address changes are permitted only before dispatch.
- Once shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
SignoCrafts is not liable for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
6. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
If you have not received tracking information within 5–7 business days of placing your order, please contact us and our support team will assist you promptly.
7. Packaging & Damage Prevention
We use industrial-grade, custom-fit protective packaging designed specifically for signage products. Each sign is securely sealed, impact-protected, and quality-checked prior to shipment to minimize risk of transit damage.
8. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items
We recommend inspecting your package immediately upon delivery.
If you encounter:
Damaged Products
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Photos of the sign
- Photos of the packaging
- Shipping label image
Missing Items
Provide your order number and packing slip within 48 hours for verification.
Lost Packages
If a shipment is marked delivered but not received, please file a claim with the courier. We will provide documentation and support throughout the process.
Due to shipping insurance policies, claims reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for coverage.
9. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges:
- Are not included in the product price
- Are the responsibility of the customer
Failure to pay customs fees may result in delays, returns, or additional carrier charges. SignoCrafts is not responsible for such delays but will provide necessary documentation when requested.
10. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Because all signs are custom-manufactured:
- Orders may be canceled only before production begins.
- Cancellations after production has started may incur a 30% production fee.
Refund or replacement requests for damaged items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
All refund or return approvals are subject to product inspection and verification.

11. Unexpected Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, certain circumstances beyond our control may cause delays, including:
- Severe weather
- Customs inspections
- Global logistics disruptions
- Carrier operational delays
In such cases, we will proactively communicate updates and provide assistance.
12. Installation Policy
Our signage products include appropriate mounting hardware and installation guidance.
Please note:
- We do not provide on-site installation services.
- Hardwiring must be performed by a licensed electrician.
- Customers are responsible for arranging professional installation.
SignoCrafts is not liable for damages, injuries, or additional costs resulting from improper installation.
13. Warranty
All business signage is backed by a 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty covering material defects and workmanship under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper installation
- Electrical misuse
- Unauthorized modifications
- Accidental or environmental damage
