Refund & Return Policy – SignoCrafts

At SignoCrafts, every sign is custom-crafted with precision, care, and attention to detail. Because our products are made specifically for each client, we encourage you to review this Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Custom Orders & Cancellations

All SignoCrafts products are made-to-order based on your approved specifications.

Order Cancellations
  • Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.
  • Once production has started, materials and labor are allocated, and cancellation is no longer free of charge.

If you request cancellation after production has begun, a 30% production fee will be deducted to cover incurred costs. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

2. Return & Refund Eligibility

Due to the custom nature of our signage, returns and refunds are accepted only for manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Color variations caused by screen display differences
  • Minor aesthetic variations that do not affect functionality
Important Note on Color Variations

Colors displayed on digital screens (mobile, tablet, or desktop) may slightly differ from the final product due to lighting, calibration, and display settings. Such minor variations are not considered defects.

3. Conditions for Approval

To qualify for a return, replacement, or refund:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Clear photos or videos of the defect or damage must be provided
  • Photos of the shipping box and label must be included
  • The product must remain unused and in its original condition

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible due to shipping insurance limitations.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom signs without verified defects
  • Damage caused by improper installation or handling
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Signs used outdoors when not rated for outdoor installation

(If you require outdoor-rated signage, please specify this at the time of ordering.)

5. Inspection & Resolution Process

Once your claim and documentation are received:

  1. Our quality assurance team will review the case.
  2. If approved, we will either:
    • Replace the product at no additional cost, OR
    • Issue a full or partial refund if replacement is not feasible.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Order Errors

If SignoCrafts makes an error (such as producing a sign different from the approved mock-up in size, color, or design):

  • Contact us immediately with photos and your order number.
  • We will prioritize correcting the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Shipping Damage

Although we use industrial-grade protective packaging, damage during transit can occasionally occur.

If your sign arrives damaged:

  • Inspect the package immediately upon delivery.
  • Report damage within 48 hours.
  • Provide photos of:
    • The damaged sign
    • The shipping box
    • The shipping label

Claims made after 48 hours may not be processed due to courier insurance policies.

8. Lost Packages

If your shipment is lost in transit:

  • File a claim directly with the courier.
  • Provide us with your order number and claim details.

We will assist with necessary documentation and support throughout the claims process.

9. Warranty Coverage

All SignoCrafts signage includes a 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty covering material defects and workmanship under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from improper installation
  • Electrical issues caused by incorrect wiring
  • Unauthorized alterations
  • Normal wear and gradual aesthetic changes (such as minor fading or surface marks over time)

10. Feedback & Dispute Resolution

We value your feedback and aim to resolve concerns professionally and promptly. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us with complete details so we can review and assist you.

11. Policy Updates

SignoCrafts reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The updated version will be published on our website with the revised effective date.
