Your sign is packed in a custom-fitted, foam-protected crate to prevent damage during transit. Our packaging is engineered for safe delivery.

Are your signs UL Certified?

Yes, all our signs are UL Certified.
Every material used in our signage is UL-certified, UL-certified LED modules, LED power supplies & drivers, acrylic faces, aluminum & steel bodies, wiring, connectors, mounting studs, and illumination components built to meet international signage safety standards.

Are your signs weatherproof?

Every SignoCrafts sign is built with premium materials that withstand weather conditions: sunlight, rain, heat, and daily wear.

What is the turnaround time?

Production starts once payment and all order details are confirmed.
Manufacturing takes 12 business days, then shipping takes 6-7 business days

Do you make illuminated signs?

Yes, lighting is one of our specialties. We offer frontlit, backlit, halo-lit, neon-style LED, and combination lighting options.

Can your signs be used outdoors?

Definitely, many of our customers purchase signs for outdoor storefronts. Our exterior signs are weather-resistant, rust-resistant and UV-resistant.

Yes, every SignoCrafts sign comes with a 2-year warranty covering LED issues, wiring problems, manufacturing defects, and craftsmanship.
